David Deane, Attorney at Law PLLC is a full service Law Firm specializing in Criminal and Traffic Defense, Personal Injury cases, Divorce Matters and Guardianship Appointments.  David Deane is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 15 years of courtroom experience. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

David's experience began as an assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney (prosecutor) for Fairfax County. That job, in one of the busiest prosecutorial offices in Virginia, afforded David the opportunity to try cases nearly every day. 

David prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging from minor traffic infractions to serious felonies, from start to finish. Doing so, he learned to interview witnesses, negotiate with Attorneys, organize and prepare evidence, and present the case to the Court and the jury. 

David then joined the Law Firm of Albo & Oblon where he practiced for the last 12 years. He became a partner and head of the Firm’s statewide criminal practice. David oversaw Attorneys in the Firm’s offices in Norfolk, Roanoke and Staunton, all while handling his own wide range of cases, including criminal and traffic defense, personal injury cases, and guardian ad litem assignments.

David spends part of nearly every day in a courtroom and is a true "trial lawyer." David is ready to bring his vast trial experience to help you navigate through your difficult legal issues.
