David’s World Cycle was founded in College Park, Florida in 1989 by David Sanborn. Although just in his late teens at the time, David knew what he wanted to do for a living: to ride and to get others to ride! David grew up as an avid cyclist with more than just a casual interest in the sport. For many years, he competed in cycling events throughout the southeast and gained a reputation as a tenacious competitor. In the mid-to-late 90s, David started to expand his company, opening the Altamonte Springs and Casselberry locations. We now have 21 locations, and David’s World Cycle is currently a Top 5 Trek/Bontrager dealer - we proudly carry the widest selection of bikes in the southeast! Our mission in life is to provide the right information, and the right product, so that everyone can start enjoying cycling right away. We are fanatical about promoting healthier lifestyle choices and are extremely proactive in community services.
