The trial attorneys of Deakin Edwards & Clark joined together in 2012. After distinguished careers with larger law firms, we wanted to create a small civil trial law firm dedicated to close personal attention. We also relished the opportunity to work as a family, with family – Attorneys Michael and Tim Deakin are brothers, and Attorney Paul Edwards is their cousin. With Attorney Peter Clark also in the mix, we are a group of trial lawyers with over 75 years of combined experience trying cases across Connecticut’s state and local courts. Our perspective and experience is often sought out by attorneys with difficult cases at an impasse. We assist them with skilled Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through mediation and arbitration.
