Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Exceed the customer's expectations in every way
Communicate effectively according to the customer's preferred method of communication, including by phone, by email, text
Check emails frequently and respond immediately
Schedule, Confirm and Complete appointments
Maintain thorough product knowledge of dealership products and services
Attend all sales and training meetings
Set Goals, Review, and make Adjustments
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
