Life can challenge us in many ways and we sometimes 
need a place to process our feelings and work toward a 
healthier self.  That is what I would like to offer you — a 
safe environment to share your thoughts and 
experiences and to engage in a dynamic relationship 
that promotes enhancing your life and the lives of those 
around you.

I believe in the potential that we all have as humans; we 
all have the potential to feel empowered, the potential 
to heal and the potential to grow.  Each day provides us 
with new opportunities to achieve.  Each new day also 
allows us to process those things that we find makes us 
feel stuck or lost and move toward a deeper 
understanding of ourselves.  If we can learn coping skills 
to address our needs we can learn to function more 
efficiently.
