In 2008, Founder & CEO Tania Austin relaunched DECJUBA with a clear mission - to deliver amazing at every touchpoint.

Today, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing their footprint from 5 stores to over 140 stores and two online sites. With plans to extend its retail footprint even further with 10 new locations over the next 3 months, this is an exciting time to join the team.

Over the past twelve years, DECJUBA has significantly expanded its product offering and launched two additional brands - D-LUXE Basics in 2016 and DECJUBA Kids in 2017.
DECJUBA has since gone on to establish #AMAZING well beyond fashion. Our #DREAMTEAM is predominantly female led, with over 1400 team members across our stores and head office.

Through the culmination of years of philanthropic work, in 2021 the DECJUBA Foundation was established - inspired by the belief that everyone deserves #AMAZING. By 2025, the DECJUBA Foundation will work towards positively impacting over 25 million lives.
In 2022, DECJUBA also launched our Sustainability Strategy with a mission to become Australia’s most responsible fashion label.
