Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is more than a health club. We offer a variety of services related to fitness and recreation, physical therapy, medical services, spa services, and swimming. One of our main attractions include a 25-meter lap pool, but we also offer a fully staffed nautilus fitness center, tennis, racquet, and squash courts, volleyball, golf, table tennis, billiards, rock climbing, steam and sauna rooms, co-ed whirlpool, ladies heated spa, indoor basketball gymnasium, indoor running track, sun deck, snack bar, 2 big screen TV's, supervised playroom during posted hours and a beauty salon. In addition to these services we have a seasonal private water park called The Summer Club. The club also hosts camp for ages 3-14 and a specific camp for tennis.
