With an ‘anti-mill’ approach, a one-to-one relationship between our client and our firm is main focus at DC&N. Our clients speak only with an attorney - no paralegals, secretaries, or investigators – direct contact with attorneys! 

We have first hand knowledge of how larger firms out there conduct business, and have learned from their mistakes. Our clients never call a 1-800ASK phone number and they never speak with a telemarketer wanting to make their monthly quota.

As a result of distain for the impersonal nature of personal injury firms, and their standard mill mentality, in 2005 David Neville founded our firm. Since the onset, we’ve always accepted fewer clients to ensure that each client’s specific needs are given the individual attention they deserve.
