Delta Diablo is a mid-sized public utility district in the environmental services sector, based in Antioch, California. It provides wastewater treatment, recycled water distribution, street sweeping, and household hazardous waste management to roughly 200,000 residents and businesses in the communities of Antioch, Bay Point, and Pittsburg, covering a 54-square-mile service area with more than 70 miles of underground pipelines.

Its recycled water program delivers up to 12 million gallons per day of tertiary-treated water, developed since 2001 to offset demand on the Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta. The recycled water is used for cooling at two power plants and for irrigation across 12 municipal parks, two golf courses, and two schools, with more than 26 billion gallons recycled to date. Delta Diablo is governed by a three-member Board of Directors, including the mayors of Antioch and Pittsburg and a Contra Costa County supervisor representing Bay Point.
