Founded in 1985, Dennis, Corry, Porter & Smith, L.L.P. is engaged in a defense litigation practice in all state and federal courts and handles cases throughout the United States. The firm’s primary concentration is the defense of motor carriers and truck insurers, including claims for wrongful death, personal injury and cargo loss/damage. The firm handles, on behalf of management, all matters of employment law disputes, including prelitigation consultation and litigation defense.
