Derrick, Stubbs & Stith, L.L.P. is an outgrowth of the practice of Noah E. Derrick, which began in 1915. Noah Derrick was one of the first ten individuals to be licensed as a certified public accountant in South Carolina. The present partnership was founded in 1950 with the addition of W.J. Stubbs and H. Talcott Stith, Jr. Derrick, Stubbs & Stith, L.L.P. was founded on the principles of providing the highest quality professional services with a focus on personal attention to client goals. This is a firm with proven longevity and stability, constantly looking to the future. Derrick, Stubbs & Stith is committed to staying ahead of the ever changing requirements of today's business environment. Derrick, Stubbs & Stith, L.L.P. expanded its range of services in 1997 by joining the McGladrey Alliance of CPA Firms. Our participation in this network allows us to tap into resources normally available only to national Firms, yet retain personalized services. Derrick, Stubbs & Stith, L.L.P. presently consists of seven partners and twenty-three professional and administrative staff members. The partners are A. David Masters (Managing Partner), Charles R. Statler, Jr., Alan F. Grimsley, Hugh R. Penny, K. Todd Dailey, Timothy M. Monahan and David L. Splittgerber.
