Owner/operators and property managers engage our licensed brokers as their Broker of Record in every state they own or manage property.  Do you need a broker’s license to manage property?  If you collect a management fee, even if you own the property,  most state laws require the property management company be licensed.  If you want to expand your business to other states, you’ll need to be licensed there as well.
