Detection & Suppression International LTD (aka. DSI) was founded in 2000 by Christopher B. Ennis, CET and P. Mark Thomasson, SET, CFPS. Over the past 24 years DSI has grown to a staff of over thirty professionals. Management alone has over 160 years of experience in the "Special Hazards" fire protection industry.

DSI's home office is located in Houston, Texas but services customers in the United States from Atlanta, Georgia to Portland, Oregon, The Carolinas & anywhere else in between. DSI also services Central and South America and other international locations.

DSI specializes in fire protection solutions for its clients. Some of the largest and most successful companies in the world have trusted DSI to protect their critical data centers from losses due to fire. Services are available from the beginning to the end of a project starting with consulting services in the design stage to installation and certification of the system to preventative maintenance and inspections after the system is complete.
