The company was founded in July 1967 in Royal Oak, Michigan by Jarvis Williams, who was not only an entrepreneur but an inventor of leading edge camera technologies that are patented. These products included early generation color and day/night “Hi-Sens” & Intensified Cameras. The products were marketed through a dealer network across the world.
