Devanco Foods is a Chicago-area meat processor that produces gyro-focused products for food service, retail, and private-label customers. Founded in 1993 and based in Carol Stream, Illinois, the company operates from a 108,000-square-foot facility opened in 2018 and has earned Level 2 SQF certification. In 2019, it shifted to a 100% pork-free operation to support halal market demand, while continuing to offer halal and traditional gyro varieties alongside related items such as Italian beef, pita bread, tzatziki, shawarma, and Marathon Chicken Patties.

Devanco serves both the food service and retail sectors, including private-label opportunities, and has expanded through acquisitions of Gridley Meats, Eleni’s Modern Mediterranean (100% Plant Based Line), and Zacca Hummus. In January 2023 it was recognized as Refrigerated Foods Processor of the Year by Refrigerated & Frozen Foods.
