Dev/Mission is a nonprofit based in San Francisco, California, founded in early 2017 by Leonardo Sosa and a team of technologists focused on expanding STEM opportunities for diverse young adults. The organization aims to prepare diverse youth for technology careers and to foster wealth and prosperity in local communities through access to tech work. Its work centers on connecting the most overlooked young adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond with pathways to employment in the tech sector.

Partnerships include a long-standing collaboration with Uber Technologies, with early meetings hosted at Uber's San Francisco headquarters. In 2020, Opportunities for All partnered with dev/Mission to provide paid internships, mentorships, and pathways to employment for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. In September 2023, dev/Mission launched a digital literacy program to educate and empower older members of its community.
