This page will highlight the activities of DHA Connected Health as we press forward with our mission to leverage the power of digital communication to maximize utilization of available health resources, improve engagement between providers and beneficiaries, and enhance beneficiary self-management.

DHA Connected Health is a Defense Health Agency branch leading the DOD in applying existing and emerging technologies for delivering health care options to the military community. DHA Connected Health’s advanced health technology solutions are user-friendly, valued by our warriors, and cost-effective. These qualities align with the Military Health System Quadruple Aim to ensure readiness, population health, experience of care, and responsible management of the total cost of health care. DHA Connected Health also supports the DOD’s goals of increasing access to care, establishing best practices and quality standards for health technology and telehealth, and reducing both military suicide rates and the prevalence of stigma associated with seeking health care services.

DHA Connected Health is located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord near Tacoma, Washington, with an office in the National Capitol Region that represents and coordinates DHA Connected Health’s program activities with DHA and other partners in the DOD.
