Dhindsa Group of Companies was founded by Rashpal Dhindsa and Varinder Sangha. Rashpal migrated to the United States in the late 1980’s. He came to the United States with hardly anything and in hopes to create a better future for his family. He started off his career working for a carrier called R.W.I. a transportation company. He was a dedicated driver and worked hard for several years. After learning all aspects as a driver Rashpal and Varinder decided to open up their own transportation company. In the Early 90’s he purchased his own truck and operated it as a one truck lease operator for R.W.I. In 1994, Varinder Sangha and Rashpal Dhindsa bought three more trucks and leased them with R.W.I . In 1994 Dhindsa Group of Companies decided to start up their own corporation and terminated its lease to R.W.I. From their Dhindsa Group of Companies flourished into their own multi million dollar enterprise. As the Company grew so did the involvement with new members of the family joining the organization. In 2001 Manjit Dhindsa joined the organization bringing his expertise in organization and management to the team. Dhindsa Group of Companies started off hauling for brokers such as RWI out of Wilder KY. In 2007 Gary Paul Matharoo join the company as Director of Operations, with his hard work  and dedications to the company as well to the customers now the Company has dedicated lanes, both local and long haul for multi national companies.
