D'Huy Engineering Inc. (DEI), a CHA company, is a capital project delivery company.  Quite simply - we get things built.  The company was established in 1976 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania as a structural design/analysis and forensic engineering firm. In 1989 we expanded into facilities engineering and project management.  Over the past five years we have further diversified into industrial and municipal capital project delivery, including an emphasis on water and wastewater projects.  In short - we are multifaceted engineering company that works on behalf of public and private clients to deliver their capital programs efficiently.
