Diamond Comic Distributors is a central player in the comics and pop-culture ecosystem, described as the world's largest distributor of English-language comic books, graphic novels, and related merchandise. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, the company serves thousands of retailers globally, coordinating access to a broad catalog of titles and companion items. By operating at the intersection of manufacturing and distribution, it helps publishers reach a wide market and keeps retail inventories supplied with popular titles and licensed products.

Its primary customers are retailers that stock comics, graphic novels, toys, games, and other pop-culture goods, and Diamond coordinates the flow of these products through the supply chain to address distribution challenges. The company maintains an international footprint, with activities and partnerships that extend beyond the United States, including participation in industry events such as MCM London Comic Con and collaboration with Thought Bubble Festival UK to promote and distribute content.
