Diana's Bakery was established in 1975 as a retail bakery by the Macari Family in Enfield, Connecticut.  Since being established we have grown from our humble beginnings to include a wholesale division that can deliver over three hundred different fresh and fresh/frozen baked products, including artisan breads, danish, donuts and a variety of cakes including wedding cakes.
As a participant in this industry for over thirty years, Diana's Bakery has been able to establish itself within its local market and over the past several years in the New England region. While the overall bakery industry's growth was minimal in the past four years, Diana's Bakery has been able to generate double digit growth during that time frame.
Hallmarks of Diana's Bakery have always been the broad range of product offered, and the ability to innovate and create new custom products.
