Dignity Health Medical Foundation, established in 1990, is a not-for-profit organization providing award-winning, patient-centered health care in a variety of areas, including primary and specialty care, diagnostic imaging, vision, occupational health, urgent care, and behavioral health. Our 120+ clinics deliver quality care with an emphasis on humankindness. Dignity Health Medical Foundation employs clinic staff and contracts with affiliated physicians through a variety of models. These include exclusively contracted medical group models, medical practice foundation groups, clinically integrated networks, and Independent Practice Associations.
