Dignity Health Medical Foundation, established in 1990, is a not-for-profit organization providing award-winning, patient-centered health care in a variety of areas, including primary and specialty care, diagnostic imaging, vision, occupational health, urgent care, and behavioral health.

Dignity Health Medical Foundation employs clinic staff and contracts with affiliated physicians through a variety of models. These include exclusively contracted medical group models, medical practice foundation groups, clinically integrated networks, and Independent Practice Associations. To ensure a robust workforce of medical care professionals, we also provide a means for recruiting and retaining primary and specialty physicians and allied health professionals, offering the stability of a clinical practice environment for providers seeking an alternative to private practice. Through affiliations with Dignity Health hospitals, our patients have access to a state-of-the-art, integrated healthcare delivery system.
