We are Direct Online Services, an eCommerce-led omnichannel retailer serving the UK market primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK’s #1 online worktop retailer.

Founded in 2008, we have enjoyed consistent and profitable growth since inception by sourcing the highest quality products at great prices via a first-class experience and delivered with our in-house Home Delivery Service to our ever-expanding customer base. In 2020, Direct Online Services became part of the €1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding alongside other well-known surface brands including Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal, and as part of the wider Broadview group, have a clear vision to accelerate our growth over the coming years.

Innovation and continual improvement keep us ahead of the competition, and with Team Zeus (our in-house software development team based in Prague) playing a key role, we actively seek opportunities to invest back into the business.
