81% of adults with autism, intellectual and/or developmental differences are un-and underrepresented in the workforce and have little to no opportunity for integrated workforce experiences. Founded with the idea that people with differences deserve better, DIRT's mobile coffee truck hit the ground in 2013 on a mission to change minds and change lives one cup at a time. 

In 2018 DIRT opened the doors to its first brick and mortar location, to train, employ, and place neurodivergent individuals in long-term employment solutions. While providing on-the-job training for our interns and simultaneously working with employers and the community at large, we aim to offer comprehensive and individualized services to reduce un-and underemployment and transform hiring practices.
