Discovery Green Conservancy is a nonprofit organization that operates Discovery Green, a 12-acre urban park in Downtown Houston, Texas, created through a public-private partnership with the City of Houston. The park includes two stages, major public artworks, a one-acre lake, gardens, open green spaces, two restaurants, a promenade, a play area, open fountains, a dog run, and ample outdoor seating. Each year the Conservancy works with hundreds of programming partners and sponsors to deliver three distinct programming seasons and more than 700 free events that attract about 1.5 million attendees. In its role, the Conservancy operates the park and raises all the funds needed to support its programming, providing a community venue that reflects Houston's diverse talents and traditions.

Based in Houston, the organization operates within the nonprofit sector as the manager of a major civic park serving residents and visitors through partnerships with sponsors and community groups, and it has engaged in citywide events such as Navy Fleet Week. Its mission describes the park as a village green that promotes health, happiness, and cultural expression while reflecting the city's diverse talents and traditions.
