Diversified Maintenance Systems (DMS) is an 8(a) Graduate & Women-Owned - General Contractor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 1996 by Pam Beck alongside her husband Kevin, they created the framework of this innovative company that has grown to offer a diverse scope of services to federal, state, private and commercial clients throughout the United States. We have obtained and performed single project contracts on both the invitation for bids and request for proposal models. We have also obtained multiple-project contracts on both those models. We have performed numerous Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type projects covering a variety of subject matters with wildly divergent scopes. DMS has performed "firsts" in the field of construction, including designing and constructing the first-ever LEED Platinum housing for the US Army.
