Back in 1982, our founder, Curt Olson, opened the first Do-Biz cookie shop next to the Iowa State University campus in Ames, Iowa. He had one idea in mind - to create the best cookies ever. Quality ingredients were an absolute priority from day one and our cookies have always been made with real butter - oh, so good! Over the years, our original recipes have been tweaked and perfected for taste as well as appearance.

It didn’t take long before our giant, homemade cookies were a sensation with ISU students. Soon, word spread and the folks in town discovered our wonderful, gourmet treats too. More locations were added to meet the demand. Today you can buy Do-Biz cookies at several retail shops in central Iowa.

After many successful years of selling Do-Biz cookies, we responded to customer requests and began packaging select dough varieties for sale in local grocery stores. Now you can bake Do-Biz cookies at home and share their made-from-scratch goodness with your family and friends.

Yes, Do-Biz has come full circle. We love our many loyal customers who recognize and appreciate our quality products. And those ISU alumni who remember their very first bites of Do-Biz cookies are still coming back for more - but now they’re bringing their kids with them!
