DFC is a non-profit in Houston whose members believe that health care should be universal, comprehensive, affordable, and just.  Doctors for Change was established in early 2006, became a 501c3 nonprofit organization in 2007, and has had a growing membership ever since. We believe that, as health professionals, we have a unique responsibility to address the problems of our health care system. We serve as an educational resource for the entire community and as a forum through which you can advocate for better health care.
