Domori was founded in 1997 by Gianluca Franzoni and is now recognized as a leader in the world of super-premium chocolate. The company has introduced a new way of thinking about cocoa, built on constant research into quality and purity of the raw materials, an approach that has made the brand known and appreciated worldwide.
Since the very beginning, Domori has been committed to the Criollo Project, which for 25 years has protected the rarest and most valuable cocoa variety in the world. Criollo accounts for just 0.01% of global cocoa production.
Domori is part of Polo del Gusto, the holding company founded and chaired by Riccardo Illy.
