Serving traditional Turkish döner kebab, Mediterranean salads, gyros, and wraps, we offer a cornucopia of exotic flavors that represent our culture. Our family has over two decades of authentic Turkish &Mediterranean culinary traditions. Back in our hometown, Istanbul, we are well known for our specialty, döner kebab. This traditional Turkish dish has ancient origins going as far back as the Ottoman Empire. Since it’s introduction to Berlin in the 19th century, the popularity of döner kebab has spread throughout the world. Döner kebab is a beloved street food favorite across many continents with several regional variations (i.e. Greek -gyro; Arabic - shawarma). It is made by stacking thin layers of marinated, Halal meat (beef, chicken, lamb or combination) into the shape of an inverted cone and then placed on a vertical rotisserie in which it slowly cooks to juicy, tender perfection. The meat is thinly carved and served fresh in a delicious sandwich. We keep it authentic by using our family’s recipe to guarantee the most original döner kebab experience that you can get in Southern California. That means using ONLY locally sourced, raw ingredients and USDA-choice Halal meat. It’s our belief that we should only serve food that we would feed to our family. Our mission is to not only share the love of döner kebab, but to bring people together through good, wholesome food. Like the Bosphorus Bridge, which connects Turkey to Europe and Asia, we’re here to connect all kinds of different people together, one döner kebab at a time.
