Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs is a mid-sized nonprofit focused on planning, advocating for, and promoting a vibrant downtown in Colorado Springs. It works in concert with related organizations—the Greater Downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvement District, Community Ventures Inc., and the Downtown Development Authority—to coordinate initiatives that affect downtown developments. The entity has operated for more than two decades, initially as Downtown Inc. and subsequently under its current name since 1997. Based in Colorado Springs, the partnership collaborates with local government, businesses, and civic and nonprofit groups to advance downtown projects. It relies on a broad network of more than two hundred individuals and businesses that support its efforts through memberships. In February 2025, it launched the Experience Downtown Masterplan Update, a yearlong initiative to reimagine and enhance downtown.
