Doyon, Limited is a Native regional for-profit corporation based in Fairbanks, Alaska, established under the 1971 Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. It serves more than 20,000 shareholders and holds the largest private landowner designation in Alaska, with more than 12.5 million acres allocated to it under ANCSA. Governed by a 13-member board and senior managers, the organization employs more than 800 people worldwide, including over 550 in Alaska. 

Doyon operates a diversified family of more than a dozen for-profit businesses across the United States in areas including oil field services, utility management, engineering management, information technology services, land and natural resource development, facility management, construction, and tourism. Its mission centers on strengthening the financial position of the Native corporation to support the economic and social well-being of current and future shareholders, preserve Native ways of life, and protect its land and resources. In 2026, the company announced that Dan Winkelman would become President and CEO, effective June 1, 2026.
