When Master Chef Celestino Drago opened his first restaurant 21 years ago, his goal was to share the flavor of Italy with Los Angeles. He started with Drago in Santa Monica and continued to expand his business with Enoteca Drago, Il Pastaio, Drago Centro, Dolce Forno Bakery, Drago Air Catering and several other projects.

Now Celestino Drago is one of the most respected Italian chefs in Los Angeles and the U.S., and he has recently been awarded the Certified Master Chef of Italian Cuisine (ICMC) by Accademia Barilla, reserved exclusively to chefs who have distinguished themselves for preserving and developing the authentic Italian cuisine around the world. 

The Group offers full catering and production services for events of any kind and size, from wedding receptions to elegant dinners, corporate cocktail parties and charity galas.
With award-winning menus, Master Chef Celestino Drago and his staff have produced spectacular events, since 1985, to many in the political, socially prominent and celebrity soirees of "who's who" in Los Angeles. 
Events for Ozzy Osbourne, MGM, producer Steven Bochco, Dustin Hoffman, Janet Jackson, BMW, to name a few.
Also, Drago Catering & Special Events is proud to serve many of Los Angeles cultural institutions such as Los Angeles County Museum and The Consulate General of Italy, and participated in numerous charitable events.
