DRE is a fully licensed, and insured C-7, C-10 contractor with California state certified Journeymen and registered trainees and David Hoover, DRE Power & Cabling’s president and principal owner, is a California Advanced Lighting Controls Acceptance Test Technician Certified Contractor.
