✨ What We Do
Dream Tank is a 501(c)(3) innovation lab that transforms how communities respond to crisis and design for the future. We work at the intersection of youth leadership, intergenerational collaboration, and civic systems change.
Through our Dream → Design → Launch protocol and Heal → Dream → Build framework, we create structured pathways for young people to move from imagination to implementation — not as tomorrow's leaders, but as today's co-designers.

🏙️ City Systems Change Labs
We're activating youth-powered city labs in Providence, Boulder, and Golden this spring — piloting a replicable model where:

Youth City Councils produce monthly insight briefs that feed directly into city planning

Dream Tank Core Fellowships (K-12) gather lived experience through belonging audits and storytelling

City Dream Fellowships (ages 18-25) translate youth insights into policy recommendations and rapid prototypes

Each lab operates through intergenerational collaboration — young adults facilitating with younger youth, mentors bridging to decision-makers, and city leaders embedding youth voice into real governance.

🎙️ DreamCast
Our youth-led broadcast series showcasing student-built prototypes, mayor collaborations, and systems change in action. January 2026 featured Brown University students responding to campus crisis with agency, imagination, and tangible tools.
