Drenched Fitness is a chain of premier group fitness/nutrition studios that offer specially designed 60 minute group workouts and ready-to-eat measured meals and nutrition education. The workout philosophy (called "Physique Training") is based on principals research has found to optimize fat loss and increase muscle to shape the body for optimal "physique", instead of sport specific or athletic performance.  A typical Drenched workout combines cardio and strength training using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize fat loss, and strength training using a hybrid of the High Intensity Training (HIT) and the Maximal Effort method.
