The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

We will serve disadvantaged women entering or re-entering the workforce who are referred to us by partnering organizations, agencies, or institutions. When a woman is ready to interview, the partner contact will set up a "suiting" appointment, similar to a pre-job interview, with one of our Personal Shoppers. 

Once employed, the woman can return for a 2nd suit or a week's worth of career separates. She will be encouraged to join the Professional Women's Group (PWG) for ongoing job retention support and professional development. Eventually, she may want to advance her career and will access our Career Center for tools, guidance, and hopefully, scholarship funding support!
