ABOUT US Drop Fitness reimagined the box gym from the ground up. Membership is free. Download the Drop Fitness app and create a profile to become a member of our community. Receive one free week of unlimited services and continued access to free community events, whether or not you choose to pay. Drop offers four premium NYC-based boutique studios under one roof (Fhitting Room, Humming Puppy, Physique 57, and Mile High Run Club), a private personal training floor, cardio + weights, and amenities not found at other studios such as a kids club, café, and luxury locker rooms. Drop does not have salespeople or a (sometimes painful) quitting process. Pay à la carte or turn monthly subscriptions on and off with the tap of a button. WHY DROP IS DIFFERENT Boutique Fitness Studios Drop offers access to 4 premium studios under one roof + amenities such as cardio + weights, kids club, luxury locker rooms not found at other studios. Private Training No more double paying for membership fees and personal training. Select your trainer from the app. Cardio + Weights Purchase cardio + weights à la carte if you do not value the other services. Class subscriptions come with unlimited cardio + weights. Café and retail are accessible to the general public in front of house. The first Drop Fitness location opened in May 2022 in Montvale, NJ.
