Due to an increase demand of a more "hands on approach" he has changed his focus to providing in-office training/workshops. He is offering 1-3 day on-site training where his team will help structure your practice for immediate success.  You may ask: " How is Dr. Tripke's program different from the others?"  This is not a "cookie cutter" training.  Your training will be completely designed around your office philosophy and staff. Prior to your training each member will be given a detailed questionnaire to be filled out privately and returned to Dr. Tripke and his team.  At this time we will begin to create and customize a program specifically for your office's needs and goals. Not only does Dr. Tripke come to your office for the amount of training that you have selected, but he will be bringing a hygienist/office manager and his personal consultant. The training days will be structured so that you "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN".  That's right, we want to be there while you are implementing so we can help you to succeed. The final 2 reasons we are different is we allow 6-12 months follow-up depending on program selected at no charge, and for every office you refer to us and they complete a training you receive $500 cash back. I am certain no other organization is offering you money, especially in these economic times.  In keeping to my reputation this WILL be a HIGHLY MOTIVATING training and there will be no product sales.
