Dry Dock Brewing Co. is a craft brewery and tasting-room operator based in Aurora, Colorado, serving a local and statewide craft-beer audience. Founded in 2005 as Aurora’s first brewery, it grew from a homebrew shop into a larger production operation that expanded its capacity and public footprint. Its facilities include the Canoe Room, a twelve-tap tasting room inside North Dock, a Barrel Room for private events, and a classroom for homebrewing and related crafts, reflecting a community-focused model. 

Its flagship and popular beers include Apricot Blonde, Amber Ale, Hop Abomination, Vanilla Porter, and Sour Apricot. The brewery has earned numerous awards over the years, with 24 GABF medals and 8 World Beer Cup awards cited. In 2025, the company was acquired by Left Hand Brewing Company, with production moved to Left Hand's Boulder County facility.
