Formed in 1970, by Victor D. Irelan, Dublin Building Systems is a medium-sized building contractor operating in the central Ohio area. We specialize in design-build commercial and industrial construction, with our own staff of engineers, designers, and project managers experienced in the intricacies of design-build construction.

In addition to our office staff of design and construction management professionals, we maintain a merit shop organization of field crews for on-site supervision and fieldwork including foundation, concrete, structural steel erection, carpentry, and other specialized labor.

We are active in the local construction and business community and have established long-standing relationships with key subcontractors and architectural and engineering consultants who are also experienced in design-build.
