The Dutchints Development team is comprised of passionate and skilled members who each bring their own unique set of skills in developing the Bay Area's finest luxury real estate. With our principals being born in the area, our knowledge and understanding of this unique market is what contributes to our success. Working hand-in-hand with our architects, subcontractors and realtors, we ensure a smooth process from acquisition to sale. Being in touch with today’s buyer’s needs and wants contributes to our ability to design and build highly desirable quality custom homes. While most of our experience has been in high-end custom specs, we have recently made a transition into the commercial, mixed use and multi family arena. We have been able to create strategic partnerships with several large private equity firms and other real estate investment firms utilizing our network, which we have developed in the industry over the last 15 years. Dutchints Development has made a seamless transition from developing single-family high-end specs to becoming one of the areas fastest growing real estate investment firms. Our current portfolio consists of single-family high-end specs, multi unit development projects and large-scale commercial developments and holdings. 

With a current focus in the San Francisco Bay Area, our team's goal is to make the process from inception to completion of each project as smooth as possible.
