Shannon Mark Pulcifer and David Alan Doege are the principals of DVP Professional Builders. Together, Shannon and Dave have been serving the commercial and residential construction needs of clients across the country for many years. In that time, they have worked with influential corporations such as Arizona’s Children Association, Lawrence and Geyser Development, Embassy Suites by Hilton, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Veteran Affairs, Kraft Foods Inc. and many more.

Although the company works with large organizations, we never overlook the needs of smaller businesses and believe that no job is too large or too small. 

Shannon’s involvement in the construction industry commenced in 1989 and his experience encompasses every phase and facet of construction. The result of his expertise can be seen in many custom homes in MI and AZ as well as multiple remodels, tenant improvements, design builds, tilt-up panels, site developments,
multi-story buildings and various other projects in AZ, MI and NY. 

David has over 28 years of experience and his vast knowledge spans from custom homes to high-rise buildings. His expert handiwork can be seen in states such as AZ, MN and CO, giving him experience working with all types of soils, weather conditions and building materials. David has been involved in the building of hospitals, schools, office facilities, distribution centers, dental offices and various other types of specialty buildings.
