DUI (Driving Under the Influence), DWI (Driving While Impaired) & DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired) are all too common. With new laws and lower blood-to-alcohol content levels, arrests are on the rise. Beside the Drunk Driver, a certain portion of these arrests are the result of over-prescribed medication(s), failure to take prescribed medication(s) and outright illegal drug use. In any case, those arrested require legal representation, contributing to the multi-billion dollar law profession, our target market. Initially, DWAI.com will focus on the NYC Metro area.
