Dylan Green is a strategic talent acquisition consultancy placing commercial individuals within the clean energy and technology space.

Catherine founded recruitment business McLean Ross in 2011, with a core focus on placing sales and marketing professionals within the utility industry in the U.K. and Europe.

JD Ross Energy was formed after McLean Ross merged in 2017 with energy recruitment business JDR Energy. In 2018, Catherine returned to the U.S. to expand JDR Energy into the U.S market. In 2019 Catherine subsequently launched her new recruitment business, Dylan Green which is focused on placing commercial professionals within the clean energy and technology market.

The company name is derived from ‘Dylan’, the name of Catherine’s son, and ‘Green’, which represents clean technology, incorporating renewable energy, information technology and green transportation.
