E. Carolyn Hochstadter Dicker, Esquire has twenty years of experience in her field, having practiced at two major law firms in New York and Philadelphia prior to forming her own practice in 2007. Her areas of expertise include small business start-up and international ventures, as well as bankruptcy, insolvency, debtor-creditor rights, individual/corporate restructurings and loan work-outs. Carolyn has represented large publicly traded and privately held creditors and institutional lenders, chapters 7, 11 and 13 debtors and trustees, creditor/equity committees, investment banks and indenture trustees. She has served as primary and local counsel in federal and state court.
