E. Carolyn Hochstadter Dicker, Esquire has twenty years of experience in her field, having practiced at two major law firms in New York and Philadelphia prior to forming her own practice in 2007. Her areas of expertise include small business start-up and international ventures, as well as bankruptcy, insolvency, debtor-creditor rights, individual/corporate restructurings and loan work-outs. Her practice comprises local, national and international matters in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, other U.S. jurisdictions and abroad. Carolyn speaks French, Hebrew, Arabic and German.
