E. V. Bishoff Company is a real estate Portfolio Owner/Operator that purchases distressed real estate with the intention of holding it well into the next generation. Operating its own Management, Leasing, Engineering and HVAC divisions, our company is vertically integrated and views its real estate holdings with an eye towards what’s in the long-term best interests of the real estate and our clients.

Bishoff Company has taken the lead in the development of different office environments to service the differing needs of our clients in each marketplace that we do business.
