Heute ist E3/DC als Wechselrichterhersteller in Deutschland Marktführer für die netzgekoppelte solare Ersatzstromversorgung. Eine von EuPD Research (Bonn) durchgeführte unabhängige Installateurs-Befragung ergab für das Unternehmen auch 2022 wieder einen sehr hohen Weiterempfehlungswert. Im April 2019 wurde die Kundenzufriedenheit von TÜV SÜD zertifiziert. Das nach ISO 9001 zertifizierte Unternehmen Hager Energy GmbH beschäftigt aktuell rund 300 Mitarbeitende an den Standorten Osnabrück, Göttingen, Lauterhofen, Berlin und Wetter (Ruhr). Zu dem Hager Energy Geschäftsbereich gehört darüber hinaus der Standort in Saverne (Frankreich) mit rund 60 Mitarbeitenden. Entwickelt und produziert werden Lithium-Speichersysteme, Wechselrichter, Wallbox und andere Komponenten in Deutschland.
